We replaced our aged range about 2 months ago. This had the features we were looking for at an affordable price. Plus, this doesn’t heat up our house like old one did making us want to use it more.

We've had the range for a few months now and haven't tried all the features yet. So far we are completely satisfied with this choice. We did want some very specific options and this range met all of that and more. The 6.3 cu ft oven gives you the space you may need if you happen to cook a larger than 20 lb turkey for Thanksgiving for example. It is quite spacious.

I bought this 6 months ago and love it. It's wonderful to cook on with 2 dlb burners and I love the air fryer, convention oven and the 2 ways you cam clean it

We purchased a different Samsung stove through Leon's and they upgraded us to this stove instead. It looks nice and has great features however the features don't even work. The smart home does not work with our Google Home and we contacted Samsung multiple times to try and fix it and nobody could help us. The air fry feature is great if you have a well ventilated house since it smokes out the entire house. Even after cleaning the oven, it caused a lot of smoke multiple uses after using the air fry settings. 3 out of 4 burners take a lifetime to heat up. I find it weird that to scramble eggs I have to cook them on max heat. The same level it takes to boil a pot of water. Which also takes forever. Heat up of the oven itself is also extremely slow. Maybe my expectations were just too high. Besides looking nice in my kitchen, I would much rather have my 20 year old stove back. Would not recommend this appliance however maybe we received a faulty one.

I had this purchased for me 2 months ago, we closed the door to it the other morning after putting in a cookie sheet, oven wasn’t on it- and the glass shattered all over my kitchen floor. They won’t warranty it because I wasn’t the purchaser/ (my uncle got it as a gift to us) horrible experience with Samsung, feel really ripped off

I bought my new stove two weeks ago and i already have an issue. My top glass have bubbles from inside which you cant clean. I called for technician to check no one showed up and they called saying your not covered. How awful is this service and worse company to deal with. I have one year warranty and no one can do anything for me to fix this issue. I am very stressed out and wasted my money on this stove

We bought this stove about 4 months ago. I am not always able to change the oven temp from the factory setting. The buttons will not change when I press them, so instead of 375 I get 3 and nothing to follow. Also I cannot always set the timer, it does not accept what I put in. Are we not able to change the temp. once something is half cooked?
