2 Buttons only work intermittently

when pressing the buttons to turn various features on/off, they quit working. sometimes this means we cannot enter a temp for the oven, can't change the temp of the warming burner, etc. we try to press them and they do not work, so sometimes can't even use the stove. it is brand new.

5 Great oven

The stove is easy to use. I usually cook eggs and chicken while my wife does most of the cooking. When I do cook, the controls are easy to use and understand. The hot indicator tells me when I can clean it off. The design is sleek and nice.

3 Underwhelming, but functional

it works well, but the touch screen is faulty. it continually has to be turned off/reset to get the correct temperature in. the warming center has the dame issue. the stove top is easily scratched, and you have to use a putty knife to get stuck on items removed.

3 Faulty

i purchased this range a two weeks ago and 2 days after it was delivered, i baked some chicken. some grease splashed up and in between the inside glass windows. i contacted samsung and they told me to try the steam clean first. which i did multiple times and it didn't come clean. mind you, the rest of the oven was fine. a tech came out and decided they could not replace the door or the entire unit because "something was spilled." grease should never have gotten in between those glass pieces. so here i have a brand new stove that will probably be my last one and have to live with this splattered grease. all of my appliances are samsung and although this is the first issue that i have ever had, it will be my last samsung purchase. customer service did not want to help me at all.

1 Cracked cooktop

cracked cook top. was on the phone with samsung for an hour. he texted me a link so he could use my phone camera so i could show him the cracks. he said he was going to transfer me to dealer services and he transferred me to a non working number. this oven was brand new not even used. never using samsung again. i'll probably have to return this to lowes.

1 Nothing

compared to our last range, this samsung model is horrible. we bought stainless steel to upgrade our kitchen. we purchased on 2/1/22- the stove top never gets fully cleaned, the stove top already has a scratch on one of the burners even though all care has been taken to avoid, once the oven is preset you can't change the temperature. consider buying some other range, this model should be taken off the market. we have several other samsung products we are happy with, i do regret purchasing this range.

2 It works

It has been fun trying to find out how to operate with an owner;s manual. Th bool that came with stove is useless and the manual on line is not much better/

5 Works great, easy to install

I have had my Samsung stove for about a month. It looks great in my kitchen, is easy to use, and was easy to set up. It cooks food really well.

4 well built

Looks great. The oven could be smaller to have more drawer space on the stove bottom. Would be nice to have a full stove manual, rather then going to the internet to look up instructions.

1 Horrible

absolute horrible stove. i just got it yesterday and the stove top is scratched and has marks that arent coming off! i only cooked on it once! i used the proper cleaning products. one day and one use and it’s ruined! i haven’t even paid for it yet. home depot wont take it back because they say its not a defect! it should be. shame on you samsung. i thought that your products we’re supposed to be top notch! it also takes forever to preheat.
