We love our range. It looks good and performs very well. we have never had an issue! we use it ever day. We have an older home with the 10-30 power plug and there is sufficient amount of juice. great performance! amazing bang for buck!

I am 70 yrs old and this is my first new range in at least 30 years! It’s also my first glass top range (previous was coil burners). I love my range! It fits in the same 30” space but has more burners and a much larger oven. I love having a flat surface cooktop. And I am experimenting with air frying and convection in my new BIG oven.

I bought this Oct. 20, 2021. It is Jan. 3, 2022. The range doesn't come with a user manual. The user has to view it online or print out a small book. Dishes that I have prepared for 27 yrs., aren't producing expected results. Pies & cookies don't fully rise and other dishes are cooked too quickly. Not sure if the range is off or what. Also, the touch pad is EXTREMELY sensitive. It can't be wiped clean without setting off the touch settings. The chime that goes off when the timer goes off is also very loud and there is no way to lower the volume.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Bought this range for a remodel and decided to keep it for myself. Great features, the cook top is very accurate. Great product at a great price.

Purchased for a second home so haven’t used much yet but seems to work fine. Would have given 5 stars but oven bulb burned out after second use. Samsung was quick to send replacement.

I found it hard to use without it coming with the user Manuel. I’m still not sure how to clean it. After having an adjustment ( it was baking too high) I’m happy with the oven. Now I’d like to tackle the air fry feature but again I can’t get the instructions so I guess I’ll have to hope for the best and ruin some food until I get it right
