it's big! it makes lots of ice. i always have cold water ready. it's fingerprint resistant and wipes clean easily. this fridge, like any other, needs water pressure to make ice. not water flow, water pressure. you want a lot of ice? make sure that you install a new water line that isn't blocked up with sediment like a clogged artery. that's #1. then, make sure you have the angle stop turned on all the way. you want the pressure to be on full force. your ice maker will work like a charm! take the scoop and push the ice to the front before you dig into the tray and then slide the lid all the way back and the ice cannot fall over the top. i adore this refrigerator and i am so glad i bought it! you will love it, too!

my wife liked it, so we bought it. i was not so sure as i am a water and ice in the door fan. at first i thought the water pitcher was gimmicky but that opinion changed after using it. now, my favorite part of the unit. i no long wait on the slow water fill spigot. love the drink in the door access. i never give 5 star ratings, but this is an exception.

we love our fridge, especially the beverage center. but rather than being fingerprint resistant it shows more fingerprints than a crime scene. definitely expected better for something this expensive.

Our old fridge kicked the bucket so we weren’t thrilled having to buy a new one. But honestly this fridge/ freezer is so sick. It’s sleek in appearance and has bomb features. The auto fill pitcher is so handy when filling water bottles and I no longer have to go to the hospital for ice chips! 10/10 would recommend. Definitely worth the spoiled milk that made us buy a new one.

The design of this fridge is great. The “Beverage Center” concealed behind the door and the auto-refilling pitcher keep the front of the appliance clean. We have had previous refrigerators with water in the door, and it always dripped down the front of the fridge. The dual ice maker is great too, we love the mini cubes!

talk about terribly products. faulty squeeky door in less than 1 month. if you call even 1 day after the return policy they wont help you. this is the last samsung product that i buy. i had a defective samsung tv within the last 6 months that needed 3 trips and still couldnt fix it. nobody should have problems with their brand new refrigerator in a month. what happened to good customer service.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. I love the four doors and how easy it is to organize my food in the refrigerator and the freezer! The stainless finish is great.

both plastic freezer handles cracked within 6 months and have worsened since, an entire piece of plastic broke off and left a very sharp edge. samsung would not replace the handles under warranty because they claim it is only cosmetic.

Our new family favorite - the 4-door flex. It has a ton of space, two types of ice, fridge/freezer flex station and my kids favorite - the refillable water pitcher via the beverage station. There are more features - the temperature controls for multiple areas, easy access shelves, crisper drawers and even an app for your phone which controls many of these features. So much thought was put into this design and it shows!!! Awesome fridge - hope it lasts many, many years!!!

Our 13 year old Samsung started to give us trouble. We went looking for a replacement. The freezer is what sold us. No more moving or taking out frozen food to find what we need. Beverage center is fantastic.
