I purchased this fridge in November Very happy with all the great features it offer. Like the handless style on the front. Two size ice cube is a plus. The bin storage in the freezer is the seller for me. Highly recommend this fridge the extras make the price worth it all .

So our kids are growing so we needed a bigger fridge. I have been shopping around for about 2 years. Finally narrowed it down to this one. The four different doors is a nice feature and you can adjust the different sections based on family needs. The two different ice cube sizes that use a scoop rather than a dispenser are also awesome! The water pitcher which I thought was gimmicky is probably my favorite feature. I can fill my 32oz water bottle super quick! The water pitcher also self fills really quick and keep water cold! We haven’t infused any fruit with the water but no need in my opinion. Love everything about it. Lots of adjustability in the fridge and freezer. Yea

This fridge is amazing. Love it! The Beverage Center is so clean love that its hidden away. But whoever designed the ice bins must have never actually used them. The ice bins have a cool sliding cover that can also neatly store the ice scooper. So nice right? Well, that really cool ice bin cover has to slide back over the top of all the ice in the bin when you want ice, causing any ice that sits past the top of the bin to spill out into the rest of the freezer. How this wasn't discovered and fixed during quality testing is beyond me. Fortunately there is an easy fix for this most unholy problem and that is to simply remove the ice bin covers. Yes, you do loose the super cool ice scooper holder and yes, now your ice is left exposed to that crisp cool UV sanitized air, but you no longer have the first world problem of cleaning up all that ice from the try below the ice bins.

The size is awesome and the water picture and quick access door are very convenient. Best fridge I ever bought. Wasn’t sure about not having handles but I love it. Love it.

bought this unit to replace another samsung unit purchased only 6 years ago. we were unhappy with the pullout freezer which had started leaking. so far this unit is performing as expected. it has more room inside the main area and i like the flex option of the second freezer or refrigerator section. one drawback is the “pellet ice” isn’t really pellet ice. but other than that everything is as expected.

We love this refrigerator because it has so many amazing features. The beverage center is my favorite part with the refillable water pitcher. We always have cold water! The bottom freezers are super spacious and one side can turn into a refrigerated section as well for more space! We also love the two types of ice! The outside is also super easy to clean. I take a microfiber cloth and wipe it clean.

the fridge is well designed with the flex structure. only issue is the main compartment could have been better designed with the shelving to make better use of the footprint of the fridge. but overall great product.

Definitely worth every penny! I love this fridge! The space is amazing from the customizable shelves and drawers to the doors. My favorite feature is the secondary door and water pitcher since we tend to drink a ton of water in our home. By having this feature we actually were able to cancel our subscription to a bottled water provider. The other thing I like is the freezer. It has the ability to work as a secondary fridge compartment on one side. I also have kids that tend to leave the door open too long and this fridge has an alarm to remind you or let you know the door is not closed.

I bought this to replace a failed fridge. I researched online intensely for several days. This model was newer and didn't have much in the way of reviews at the time as it had recently launched. The configuration however addressed concerns I had about the icemaker situation on other models. The configuration is great and the beverage center is fantastic. I use that water pitcher every single day. If I ever move, this is one appliance I want to come with me. The two types of ice are neat. For ice aficionado's, the smaller cubes, while not the Sonic style of ice, are good little chiclets that after a couple of minutes in the water get soft and chewable. The interior lighting is great and the location of the water filter is quite smart. The only negatives I have are in regards to the open door detection. The timing before it starts alarming and messaging my phone is fairly short. I end up opening and closing it a lot as I load it up with groceries just to avoid the chirps. Secondly, the system is smart enough to know the door is open, but not smart enough holding on dumping more ice cubes into the bins until the door is closed. This has led to a few dumps of ice while the tray is pulled out for easier access. To work around this I either hunch down and leave the drawer pushed in to get ice or I listen for the motor sound starting to work and shove the drawer back quickly before ice dumps into the shelf below. This is a small thing, and I certainly wouldn't pass up all the other awesome features of this model for these little quibbles.

This is a amazing refrigerator. The beverage door allows for quick access to drinks. I love the two choices of ice. You ready see is in your refrigerator and freeze. The LED lighting in the inside is very bright making it very easy to see inside. The alarm is great for the kids who forget to close the close. The app is very useful.
