5 This Fridge is awesome!!

i can't say enough good things about this fridge. i absolutely love it!!!! i waited a very long time for the perfect fridge to come available and man is it perfect. it was important to me to have a third drawer that would fit drinks and this does it. it holds regular canned drinks standing up which is sweet and then our protein drinks rowed up. i also despise outside water and ice but do like having both so the beverage center is the coolest option out there. the self fillable water pitcher comes so in handy as we use it to fill our keurig and the pets water bowls daily. i seriously love the features of this fridge and that its counter depth as we have an older home and most newer fridges will not fit. the 2 different ice sizes is pretty cool and providing a ice shovel is a sweet addition.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

5 Great features

I brought this refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. I love the automatic water pitcher refill, the space inside is grand with multiple compartments. Most of all it is not bulky- same size as the side by side I had but with a great aesthetic look. Haven't decided where it will be situated in kitchen as I am remodeling but it will blend w/the decor. I choose the rose glass.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

5 So Far, So Good!

Our last fridge had an ice maker that didn’t work, was located in an area where the doors didn’t open all the way, & was tan in color, so this was a HUGE upgrade for us! + Pros • Love the stainless steal look, & that the finish doesn’t leave a bunch of fingerprints • Middle drawer is multi-purpose, so various temperatures can be used to make it the drawer you need. • I like that if someone leaves the fridge door open, you can program it to send an alert to your phone & an alarm goes off on the fridge. • The beverage door is great. Nice quick-grab area for ketchup or juice boxes. The auto-fill pitcher is amazing. • 2 different sizes of ice, so those that like pebble ice & those that like normal ice are equally happy! Bonus points for including an ice scoop so people aren’t just using their h&s. • A short drawer & a deeper drawer in the freezer make organization easier-you can have a quick-grab area! • Fridge shelves can be moved & I like the metal brackets to keep them in place • I liked the versatility of the drawers & shelves. Nothing was made specifically for, say, eggs, butter, fruits, or veggies. You could use them for whatever you wanted. - Cons • Refrigerator shelves & door shelves are very limited on customization. I found it difficult to store tall dressing bottles & creamer bottles without having extra space around them that was wasted. • The beverage center shelves are great for easy-access kid snacks (ie: juice boxes, apple sauce containers), but they’re too short & narrow to store even a mustard bottle or jar of olives. • The fridge doors don’t stay open. Want to move a large veggie tray into your fridge? You better have a buddy because those doors will swing shut on you mid-move, yet not close all the way. I wish there was a way to click them open on those few times you need to keep the doors open a little longer than normal. • The large freezer section needs a removeable divider. Everything can just kind of fall wherever. • There’s not a huge different in the ice sizes. It would be cooler to choose ice sizes or have an extra-large option (we love those huge ice balls/cubes). • I don’t know what to do with the very slim area where the ice scoop is stored? Odd area. • The top freezer storage & ice tray is a little unstable. It’s easy to pull off the track. • Everything is predominantly made of plastic. I worry about the durability of the door storage & the top rack of the freezer. • Use less shipping plastic

4 So far so good

Everything is working fine. Makes ice really fast and can fill up my small cooler when I go out on the boat. No issues so far and I hope this fridge lasts as long as my last one did. (20 years). Shipping packaging of the fridge was very nice and secure so nothing was damaged.

5 Bespoke 4-Door French refrigerator

I love my fridge so much. My favorite part is the auto fill pitcher, two types of ice and the fact that you can change settings very easily on the app.

5 Modern style fridge

This refrigerator is so good looking. Love that I have the option to change the colors and materials of the panels. The sleek design of the fridge with the no handle look. Is my favorite thing about the fridge.I love the flex zone it’s perfect for drinks or deli meats and cheese. Love that the left door has the water and ice hidden behind it just with a push of a button it opens and reveals it. Along with pitcher of water so awesome. This refrigerator is replacing our old 10 year old Samsung.

4 Modern Wi-Fi Refrigerator

Pros: FlexZone Drawer – The FlexZone drawer gives us a lot of flexibility on how we can organize the refrigerator to maximize the space. We currently use the FlexZone in Deli mode to free up the upper portion of the refrigerator for larger items. It was a little bit of a challenge to fit everything from our old refrigerator into this one, but we made it work with only having to throw out a few items. Wi-Fi connectivity – Our old refrigerator stopped cooling two times in the last two years. We were always worried the compressor wasn’t going to work again, so we would constantly be checking the temperature on the refrigerator. Now we will simply receive a notification for abnormally high temperature, door opening, AutoFill pitcher overflowing, or water filter replacement. Operation – We’ve had the refrigerator for 3 weeks now and the new refrigerator has been operating without any problems. Design – We love the modern design with the recessed handles. The color customization is a nice option although we stuck with stainless steel to match all of our other appliances in the kitchen. AutoFill Pitcher – The AutoFill pitcher is a neat feature. We still haven’t infused the water with flavors yet, but am looking forward to it in the future. Cons: Noises – The refrigerator makes a lot more noises than our old refrigerator. Mostly it is a popping noise, but the Samsung website says this is normal. Beverage Dispenser Location – You have to open the refrigerator to dispense water or get ice, which is a waste of energy. Luckily its only a small opening in the refrigerator, so the heat loss shouldn’t be too much. Quality Control – One of our top panels has a dent in it. We are still waiting on a response from Samsung, but hopefully they will take care of the issue. No Displays – There are no external displays, which isn’t too big of an issue since you can change the settings in the app. Lack of Ice Dispenser – Having no ice dispenser may take awhile to get used to, but the dual ice maker with cubed ice or Ice Bites is pretty cool. I guess its hopefully less of a mess now since ice won’t fall on the floor or get the water/ice tray messy. Overall: This refrigerator surpasses our expectations and is a great replacement to our old 2009 Samsung refrigerator. I’m loving the Wi-Fi connectivity on our Samsung Washer/Dryer and now the refrigerator. We are getting a Wi-Fi dishwasher soon and planning to upgrade all of our appliances to Samsung Wi-Fi.
