The steel panels are flimsy and easily damaged from shipment and use. I do not recommend you get steel panels. My experience with the beverage center is not good. Better fridges for price.

I have to say this is by far the nicest refrigerator I have ever owned. The pictures online really don't do it justice, it's actually much nicer in person! It has a super clean and modern look to it. The features are really nice, such as the indoor beverage center, dual ice maker in the freezer, the middle deli drawer and the fact that it connects to my Smart Things app. It's also super quiet and does a fantastic job of keeping all my food nice and cold! I'm super happy with my new Bespoke fridge!

This fridge was delivered and installed almost a month ago and it has been amazing. I'm very forgetful and the glass panels is one of the reasons why I chose this fridge over others. I write my meal plans on it, memos, etc and since my kitchen is essentially the command center of the house and I'm always passing by it's the perfect place to write things I don't want to forget. :) Something to keep in mind is to keep a clearance for opening the french doors of the fridge. I left a 5 inch gap between the wall to the left of the fridge so the hinge has space to open and the fridge door won't touch the wall when opened to the maximum.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator with beverage center in stainless steel exceeds my expectations. I’ve had it for nearly two weeks and am still mesmerized by its features. It automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! The flex zone space is a feature that I love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. My husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer , but there is plenty of space for many items. With the Samsung SmartThings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It has a classy look with minimal lines (we got the refrigerator with the recessed handles which does take a little getting used to). It is super quiet, spacious and advanced.

The refrigerator came well packaged and undamaged. Set up was a breeze and was usable within 4 hours. With my beverage center, we had to dump the water pitcher, and empty the ice a few times. Took a moment and connected the fridge to the SmartThings app. Now that it s connected I can get notifications that the door is left open and I can control all the settings without having to be home. With little ones in the house this is a great convenience! Now moving on to the fridge its self. The model I purchased is actually less square feet than my previous fridge, a side by side. But you would never know it! It is so well thought out and organized. I am just amazed at the amount of stuff that fits in this thing. We utilize the middle flex drawer as our deli/cheese storage. It is so convenient to be able to open this drawer and grab whatever you need to make a sandwich and such. Our old fridge had a massive bin the you had to fumble through to find what you were looking for. The freezer is simply amazing with the two different types of ice and plenty of room to store frozen goods. I didn't think I was going to like having to shovel my own ice, but its simply quicker to do it yourself rather waiting for the ice machine to get cranking and then have it spill all over the kitchen floor. The doors have plenty of space to store gallons of milk or whatever other large items you can throw at it. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. Though we didn't take advantage of the different color combinations, it is awesome that the Bespoke line allows you to customize yours to fit your aesthetics.

I love this Bespoke flex 4 door refrigerator. I love the reset handles and the sleek design. I also love the beverage center that has a separate door. The ice maker makes a lot of ice with 2 choices to make. I have it set for large and mini cubes which works great for my family. It also has an automatic water dispenser which comes with a pitcher that has a fruit infuser in it. It's so roomy on the inside which also comes with the metal cooler that keeps food cooler and more fresh. It has a middle drawer specially for cold cuts and works great keeping them fresh. The only issue I have is one of the flex doors which are held on by clips, the clip broke but I'm sure once I figure out who to call they will fix it so not a major issue at this point. I would definitely recommend this product and Samsung for everyone. It has a lot of features and is a beautiful design.

We bought our fridge a couple of weeks ago and love the design inside and out. We have had three Samsung refrigerators over time and this one is by far the best. The beverage center is conveniently placed and the separate water pitcher is very handy to take and fill up the coffee maker or dog bowls. We also are happy with the ice maker being in the freezer and making two types of ice. The icemaker keeps the buckets well stocked also. Overall very happy.

Packing was A+, super easy to put together- No instructions needed. After 24hrs I was amazed of the two types of ice cube sizes. Love the sleek design and idea of the water jug filtration and space. The lighting is perfect and love the app feature - EASY to use. NO MORE water drips or extra ice cubes left on a tray leaving a water residue. Love this product.
