The cooking surface features 10 sealed burners with a total output of 142,000 BTU, including 2 powerful 20K dual-ring burners for boiling, searing, and simmering tasks like melting chocolate or sauces. The continuous cast iron grates ensure maximum stability for cookware and easy sliding of pans off hot burners. With two ovens boasting a combined 8.64 cu.ft. capacity and a total output of 12,600 Watts, this range offers ample power for baking, roasting, and broiling. Both ovens are encased in a black enamel interior and equipped with a true convection fan element of 1500 Watts for fast, precise, and consistent cooking. The 3-layer glass oven door window allows for easy viewing. Included with the range are 4 easy-access oven racks, 2 reversible griddles, an air fryer basket with a drip pan, a wok support, an LP conversion kit, and a NEMA 14-50P power cord for easy installation.
