I bought in August and absolutely love this fridge! I like how I do not have to fill the water pitcher in the fridge and how I have two different kind of ice cubes.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

We like how well you can see everything in the refrigerator and how easy it is to get to everything in the freezer section. The icemaker is great and keeps us in too much ice but it is too easy to push the ice into the back of the refrigerator; a higher back on the tray would be helpful. We were disappointed that there is no section for the butter dish. But the wider door shelves are wonderful. Since the drawers don't all pull from the same place, you waste time trying to pull one from the top only to find that the handle is at the bottom; consistency in this would be helpful. The only other complaint is that the pitcher is too hard to get out of the door. It seems that children might have a bit of trouble with it. All in all, this is the best refrigerator we've ever had.

I purchased this back in August to replace my older smaller unit. Love the space and the flex zone which I’ll alternate between soft freeze and refrigerator as needed.

Samsung refrigerator is superb. It is very spacious and easily stores all of our groceries, drinks and extras. Fours doors ensure easy of access and the smartapp feature lets me know on my cellphone when my son forgets to close the door, which happens all the time! I love the bright interior LED lighting that lets me see everything. The quick cool feature is very convenient when I want to cool off some beer or ice cream that soften up. Wide shelves on the doors allow for storage of even the largest jars and bottles. The greatest thing about the fridge though might be the smear and touch proof exterior; no finger prints ever! Plus it looks great in our kitchen! Highly recommended.

Our family loves the functionality of this refrigerator. It offers amazing flexibility with a sleek design. The standout features are the dual tray ice makers, interior filtered eater pitcher and flex zones. The ice maker produces a significant amount of ice and offers to different varieties. We have had absolutely no issues with the amount and produces ice with very little noise. The filtered water pitcher produces unlimited amount of water and has allowed us to decrease our use of bottled water. It also makes for a much cleaner solution when compared to our previous water dispenser located outside of the door. Flex zones offer tremendous flexibility and really allow you to better plan meal prep. The zones have different temperature ranges that can be set with the control inside of the refrigerator or with the SmartThings app. We prefer to use the SmartThings apps due to the expanded features that it offer. One such feature is the ability to set a reminder that will tell you when the refrigerator door(s) have been left open. Overall this has been a great purchase for use. We have enjoyed this refrigerator over the last few months and it is above and beyond better than our previous refrigerator. Our only quip is with the advertised fingerprint resistant finish. Our experience has been mixed and we have to clean the surface daily to remove the prints. Definitely not a deal breaker but worth mentioning.

This fridge got delivered to me few days ago and I love it. It's very spacious! I like the autofill water pitcher feature. Love the 4 doors and the freezer at the bottom and right side which you can also use as a fridge. I also enjoy the ice bites it's so cute! You can also setup notification to recieve on your phone incase the door is open. Only issue I noticed is the upper left side door doesn't stay open it keeps closing on its own while the other three will remain open until I close it.
