We purchased this television at Christmas to replace a much smaller tv in our bedroom. The picture quality is exceptional ??! It was easy to set up, and the presets were a pleasant surprise. We’re very happy with our purchase

Hi samsung team ! Hope your all well with all that is going on in the world right now. Im kind of disappointed with the screen color and the 4k maybe its my tv only !! I will keep it because samsung is a company i believe in! But get a new tv would be great !! I got to say i always been with samsung for my phone and tv it's the best. I use to work for a cellphone compagny and sale your cellphone to everyone specifically the samsung s20 and s21 they are above the market!! I will keep my tv for my kid but if you can send one for free for myself i will continue to talk to my customer about your product and your good services!! Thank you for your help and understanding !! Have a great year in this difficult time i wish you the best and home you all be weel for time going !!

Picture is great!!! Love Samsung tvs. But… Alexa controls will only play Spotify on command when holding the mic button on the remote. If we say open YouTube, play this show on Netflix, okay that show in prime - it says “here you go” or whatever it says when it can actually do something for you. But nothing happens. Not even in the mini menu at the bottom. Wondering if it’s faulty or if the feature is incredibly bare bones.

Purchased this TV almost two weeks back. Set up was straight forward including connecting to the sound bar. Picture quality is a step up from our previous 55” Samsung Smart TV. Here’s hoping the quality of this TV continues to live up to it hype.

I’ve had for a couple weeks now and find I watch more on my smart features than my cable box. Get better internet connect and picture especially with prime and Netflix. Only problem is the remote, can’t get it to control my nose sound bar. No biggie. Just continue using sound bar remote. Also the Samsung tv channels is a cool option.

We purchased this TV for Christmas last year and we were surprised right out of the box, that the remote wasn’t working at all. Be aware that this remote is solar powered, it doesn’t take batteries like most remotes. After reading the manual, it says the solar remote can also be charged via USB C cable, which is not included. So we had to go out and pay almost $20 for the cable, which for the high price that we paid for this TV, they could have at least included the cable. After having the remote plugged in for several hours, it still wouldn’t work, so we called customer service. They were very helpful and sent us a replacement remote after a week, and that one worked. As for the TV itself, it’s very sleek and thin and has many great features. It took a lot of tweaking in settings to get the picture quality just right. But when you get everything set up, you will be absolutely amazed at the beautiful picture on this TV. We’re diehard Samsung TV fans, they’re the only brand TV that we have ever owned.
