Bought both the washer and dryer. Both are excellent appliances. Love all the features. Especially the active water jet.

My washer does clean well , however I’ve had to have a repair man out in the first 3 months of ownership. So far so good and no more problems I do think that the cycles could be a little shorter, but with all that said the end result is great and it cleans the clothes great

always gets out of balance. samsung even put new balance bars in it, but no matter how carefully we load it, we have to stop it on the spin cycle to readjust the load to try to get it to spin without starting over! warranty expired in august. if i hadn't spent so much money on this piece of garbage, i'd scrap it! i wouldn't recommend this thing to my worst enemy!

Today is 1/29/22. We purchased our set 12/24/20 and we have a part going out. It's making a ton of noise. I called customer service and was advised I only had a one year warranty. Luckily, the parts started to decline JUST after the year. The set cost $1800 from Lowes that I had to purchase at Christmas due to my previous set going out. I do not recommend this product or Samsung service.
