We originally purchased the 75" JU7100 for the basement, but when set up, I commented that an 85" could have gone nicely in the same spot. JU7100 OK for the few years we had it, but when we got a deal on the QN85QN90AAFXZC, out with the old, in with the new. Took 3 weeks to finally get it all calibrated. Looks magnifico !! Second greatness, wife paid for it !

The resolution, color and overall picture quality are fantastic but the remote is absolutely horrible and I wish the set had more HDMI 2.1 ports.

Switching from a 2010 Samsung LCD TV to one of their 4K QLEDs has been quite the jump! Very happy with premium quality of the product, from the build to the quality of the picture and smart features.

I have been trying to buy this TV for more than a month and I always get an error on their pages, they must correct all those problems because I cannot buy the TV and I have already contacted their customer service countless times and they never solve the problem . problem, they just say we'll contact you by mail and they never do. Really so disappointing.

I bought this tv as a replacement for my 55"led due to color issues and burn in. I love the higher quality picture and no longer worrying about burn in is a big piece of mind improvement. I don't like having to occasionally unplug the tv to fix the black screen with sound issue. Hopefully an update will soon fix that.

i bought this tv 3 weeks ago. so far im very happy the picture quality is excellent. the owners manual could use a revamp and make it easier to understand but overall very happy
