We purchased this fridge to replace an LG fridge that died after only 4 years of use (and had problems for long before it completely died). I LOVE everything about this fridge and wish I’d gotten it a lot sooner. The only thing I’m at all sad about is the ice bites. Let me be clear, I definitely prefer the ice bites to any other refrigerator ice I’ve ever had, but in a lot of places it’s sort of implied they are like a nugget ice but they are not, just very small, and still quite hard, ice cubes. Overall very pleased though. And even though this is the same size as the fridge I am replacing it fits a lot more food. We chose to purchase the navy glass panels and it looks very nice. My husband installed the panels himself quickly and easily. We bought neon dry erase markers and use the front of the fridge as a white board for family communication.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

We’ve had this refrigerator for a few months and love all the features. Especially the pitcher and being able to change the one section from fridge to freezer.

After a few months we still love this refrigerator. The automatic filling water pitcher is amazing and we didn't think it was going to be a big deal. Having a flex section really helps especially if you have a separate freezer and don't need the extra space. We highly recommend this Refrigerator. It does seem a little taller than normal. It barely fit under our cabinets.

This Samsung Bespoke fridge is amazing! I love how the double doors open up with nothing in the middle blocking the view. The shelves are clear and allow easy viewing for everything that's in the fridge. There is no wasted space and there is high clearance throughout for taller items. It's visually appealing and very practical. The lower compartments allow us to put healthy snacks the kids can self-serve anytime. It's great for parties and so far it has served us well for multiple holidays, storing huge turkeys every side dish, and multiple beverage options. The removable ice storage with 2 cube sizes and a scooper has been more than enough for our large parties and makes serving so easy. Our guests have been very impressed. There are so many features with this fridge that I didn't even realize would come in handy for day-to-day living. The beverage center is awesome. The self-filling pitcher is a game changer. We use it to quickly re-fill our coffee maker with filtered water rather than having to use tap water, so now even the water filter in our coffee maker lasts longer. The beverage station has definitely helped us to drink more water and we've used the infuser to add lemons and limes on occasion which is great for switching it up and having a refreshing drink on the ready. The hidden front compartment door is great for storing items we want quick access to and prevents us from having to open the fridge unnecessarily. Everything in the lower compartments is easily accessible thanks to roll out shelves and drawers. We really appreciate this feature in our kitchen cabinets and it's great to have it in our fridge as well. I love how there's no handles on the outer doors, giving it a designer look that goes well with our kitchen. We decided to go with the gray glass panels, but I'm so excited about the fact that in the future if we decide to redesign our kitchen, I'll be able to easily change out the panels for a sleek black or steel look. Overall, this fridge has improved daily living, making it easier to store food and see what we have, which ultimately makes it easier to plan for grocery shopping trips and has encouraged us to fill it with healthier food options. This fridge brings together great functionality and great design - well done Samsung!

I bought this a couple months back. Looks great, has cool features. I like how you can change out the panel colors. Two different ice trays, water and inside the doors for a cleaner look. Bright LED lights and flex zone is great.

I just love the Bespoke Refrigerator from Samsung. This is such an amazing refrigerator it is so spacious and bright inside. I love the ease of accessing certain items from an outside door. And the 4 doors make it much more accessible for older and disabled people. The water pitcher is very helpful for refilling the coffee maker and tea boiler with filtered water. Another great feature for me as an older adult is the freezer doors opening and allowing slide out shelves. Everyone has remarked how sleek and beautiful the fridge is. The open door alarm has saved us many times too! I am thankful to have this in our house!

I love this fridge! The overall looks is very modern and the glass gives it a very sleek look to it. The auto fill pitcher is amazing and I love having two options for ice. My only complaint on the ice is that sometimes you lose some pieces out the back when scooping. For overall storage the refrigerator fits everything I need and I love how I can customize the temperatures of the flex door and crisper drawers via the app. Overall I am very impressed with my Bespoke 4 door flex refrigerator by Samsung.

We have had our Bespoke refrigerator for several months now. I love the Flexible compartment. Right now I am using the meat setting and it keeps meat wonderfully. The upper refrigerator is at a great temperature for the rest of the products. I love the water pitcher and am drinking more water at home! The fingerprint resistant Blue Steele is beautiful and really finger print resistant!
