Bought dw80r9950ug/aa dishwasher and had it delivered December of 2021. We immediately had issues with the it and had submitted a repair request. We have also had the repairman at our home 3 times so far for repairs on the dishwasher and another repair is scheduled. Poor quality. You are fair warned!!!

product was delivered in june while waiting for our kitchen to be installed (delayed due to supply chain issues). opened the dishwasher this past month (march) and come to find that the top rack is broken (hanging down). called service to get it fixed and nobody could fix it and the service rep claimed that they could not cover it under warranty because the leg holding up the dishwasher was "damaged". we now have a dishwasher that has never even been set up let alone used and has a manufacturers defect resulting in our inability to use it - and samsung will not fix it, and is refusing to replace it because of a minor (basically invisible) blemish on the back leg. the worst customer service!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Intuitive controls. Looks good, and cleans well. So far it is the best washer I have owned.

I got my dishwasher two weeks ago, and I'm very pleased with it. I load it and run every night. It's so quiet.

Machine leaks and does not clean well. Water all over the floor, every time. Leaks from the door and from the back. Poorly made.

After 10 months of operation the dishwasher needed the entire circuit board replaced. Very happy with the performance of the unit until the circuit board issue.

It does a fantastic job cleaning dishes and glassware. We are very pleased with its performance and it is very very quiet. We love how the door opens at the end of the cycle to help dry the dishes. We would highly recommend.
