Spacious and looks good while it last, but after 1.5 years it just stop working, It started to sound differently (muffled) and does not heat the food. (Very useful, right.). All this happened right after the warranty expired (of course). This is my 2nd Samsung microwave that last less than 2 years before it needs to be repaired or replaced. Do yourself a favor and pay little more for a good quality appliance. (I wish I could rate this with zero stars for value)

Bought this just today and when I was about to screw the top part, the left screw doesn't go in. Support says that it's not covered under warranty. It's just a screw and you can't even get that under warranty? Wow. What an excuse for poor QC. What's even worse it the shipping costs more than the screw itself. Great job Samsung!!!

Just installed but so far works as it should. I would recommend that when you have lights on, that light button lights up so you can find it in dark.

My microwave makes random beeping sounds, press start scrolls across the display, the number 7 appears, and then another 7 appears, just random items on the display. I’m no where near the microwave and nothing is in the microwave. I’ve unplugged it trying to get it to reset itself. Same issue. This started happening after it was a year old. Otherwise I love the microwave but I hate having to hit the stop button to clear the display. 10-15 minutes later it beeps and things scroll across the display. So frustrating!

I just purchased ME21M706BAS/G Samsung Over-the-Range Microwave and the vent underneath is not sucking up the steam. There is plenty of air coming out the top of the microwave but it is not drawing it up from the steam from my pots cooking.

The microwave looks great.What is completely DISAPPOINTING is the venting.The suction of the vent is virtually NON existent! I was told by a technician from Samsung that no matter how you decide to vent the microwave, the problem remain the same. For the cost of this item, it is very disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend buying it until Samsung can get the venting fixed!

Bought this October 2018. Manufacture date inside says indicates it was manufactured July 2018. Great looking and worked fine for just over 2 years. Discovered today that if the door is slightly pulled open the microwave turns on. While trying to diagnose the problem I learned that the microwave turns on with the door open . Would not recommend.

It stopped working after 2 years. Magnetron identified as the problem. Only the part is under warranty. Cost to have it installed by a repair technician means I am better off just buying another (non-Samsung) microwave. Very disappointed and don't recommend Samsung appliances at all.

Terrible unit 1st day and oven doesn’t work , 1 st service call worked and shortly after not working again. 3 service calls and still the over didn’t work due to touch buttons that freeze all the time

We loved this microwave for 2 1/2 years. Then the auto sensor quit. Service had to remove and disassemble unit ($180 labor).The sensor had greased up from the stove-top fan as had the exhaust fan and the entire internal controls. We bought the unit because of the CFM capacity. Dont try to fry bacon on your stove The grease will go straight into the microwave innards. The first repair cost me almost as much as a new unit.
