I bought this for my full kitchen remodel. It fits in beautifully and looks great. I had a few problems right from the start which required two service calls. Eventually it was determined there was a part that was not secured properly at manufacture. It has been fixed and have had no problems since

the packaging on this product is terrible, judging by the other reviews i am assuming this is a persistent issue. so, chances are you will get a damaged product if you order one. customer support also did nothing to help. installation instructions are also very bad and the buil quality isn't great (not including the dent that my brand new $600 came shipped with). i do not recommend.

let me start with saying i usually love samsung products and service. this is the first purchase im very disappointed with. i bought this range hood specifically for non-vented ( recirculating) installation. the recirculating kit is unavailable anywhere. so it will be a usless kitchen ornament above our stove. samsung is advertising that kits and filters are available. do not buy unless if you need non-vented hood.

We bought this hood as part of our recent home renovation project. We are so glad we went with a cooktop and hood…it is a very modern and sleek look.
