5 Great gas range for the price!

I bought this range months ago and have nothing bad to say about it! The features are great and it's exactly the style that I was looking for. I like that I can connect it to my phone as well. Overall, this is a great gas range and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something great without needing to spend a ton!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

5 Excellent Slide in Gas Range

I bought this range few months ago. Overall I am happy with it. It can connect to your Samsung smart things app and let you know when the oven is preheated or cook time is over. It is easy to clean and performs very well as a gas range. The only inconvenience that i have felt is that the touch screen at the front of the range gets very easily pressed when you are cooking. So i always keep the switches locked.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

2 Beautiful stove top, oven sucks!

We bought this in February. Had the technician here because the oven doesn’t heat up correctly. Basically said there’s nothin he could do. So disappointed! I have two thermometers that show two different temperatures. I have to turn the oven 50 degrees higher to get my food to cook.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

3 HORRIBLE KNOBS!

range works perfectly fine. i have no issue whats so ever. i love the range. !!!!!!but!!!!!! future buyers please for the love of god and all that is holy please read this! knobs for this range are more fragile than a piece of glass. they will break! and you will wait 20+ days to get a replacement! this is my 4+ times requesting samsung to replace them. and you may think "ohh jeez, i will just go buy aftermarket durable knobs" loll to that all i gotta say "good luck and call /text/get on knees (which ever works)jesus before you go down that rabbit hole!"

4 Don't do a self-clean

we love the range but shortly after a self-clean the igniter went out so it had to be replaced. the repair man said a self-clean is too hot and he doesn't recommend doing them. well, we were one month over warranty. samsung allowed a one-time grace and paid for the part but i paid $100 service fee and $100 labor. sounds like a design flaw that cost me $200 plus tax. possible it was not the self clean that did it, but an igniter should not go out so soon. we don't use the oven all that much. just the two of us here.

1 Worst. Regretting

i wish i can give you 0 stars garbage product . not recommended at all only 2 days of use burner coating get off and look like 10 years old on slightly use . trying to register product but unable not taking numbers at all , as you all know samsung have worst customers service ever , they hire most of staff out of usa mostly india they didnt know about anything usa , i bought it because of samsung financing only but my recommendations dont buy this product and i don't found any serial number on range i was contacting troughs Twitter whats she replied really disrespectful. "Thanks, Syeda! Regrettably, on the picture above, it does not state that the unit was purchased from https://t.co/VhhtRro6MZ directly. Do you have the order number, so I can take a better look into this for you? " my heart is so heavyl spending over $1000 on this product with no results even baking is not good too. too sensitive board and alot fingerprints, hard to clean.

2 Faulty burners, often smells of gas

we've been using this range for about 6 months now, and have never been thrilled with it's performance. two of our burners never seem to emit a consistent flame even when the covers are placed correctly, and when we use those in particular we can smell gas strongly in the kitchen. most recently the front right burner, which was one that seemed to work better keeps going out frequently, emitting gas into the house. i was finally planning to write customer service regarding our warranty, but unfortunately didn't realize it had already expired (due to wait times on our remodel we bought it earlier than we could use it). overall disappointed with our choice.

3 A regret purchase

I have this range installed for almost a year now. Since it's only me I really have no reason to use it because I only use the stove top and I use my convection air fryer toaster blahblahblah combo to cook. Well recently I went to use the oven and it started smoking. I noticed the controls get stuck a lot it smells like gas a lot and I don't know what's making a smoke inside I'm about to find out thank God I bought the purchase protection if I would have been smarter I would have bought the Range that had the controls behind the stove but I was looking for more of a modern look oh well live and learn

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
