The recessed enamel Cooking Surface cavity keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. The 30” convection oven has a capacity of 4.62 cu. ft. with a combined broil and oven output of 25,500 BTU. Included are 2 oven racks and LP conversion kit.
