This dishwasher requires pre-rinsing of dishes, a lot, to hope to get clean dishes. I have had the 3rd rack in other dishwashers, this one does not work as well. This is obviously a cleaning/design issue. The filter design is poor as it is not easily removed to clean. The dishwasher, along with all the other appliances in my house are new (all the tape and stickers were still on) and came with a newly renovated house. We have been in the home for 8 months. I don't like any of them and they will be replaced as money allows.

Bought this, sucked since day one. You had to basically wash every dish before it went in or it would come out looking the same. Called to get it fixed, they replaced a couple parts and it still sucked. Would not recommend any kind of Samsung appliance to anyone.

I purchase this dishawasher 17 months ago and am I already having issue with the pump. that mean the water dont drain and you have to empy your dishwasher by hand, I called the support center and obviously the warranty is over by 5 months. I used my dishwasher less than a 100 times ... this is VERY dissapointing.

I bought this dishwasher on July 12th 2021. It's November 5th and it has broken down twice (moisture sensor keeps shutting down the machine requiring a repair person - even though there are no leaks or apparent moisture present). I have been without a dishwasher for a total of 6 weeks, waiting for parts and repair - TWICE. It does a terrible job of cleaning the dishes, even on heavy duty cycle. If this continues, I may as well board it up and just keep washing my dishes by hand - at least that way, they get cleaned. I do not recommend this dishwasher.

I bought this last year and since, have never had a load of dishes come out clean. I never overload however, the dishes still come out dirty. The wash time is well over 2 hrs however, I spend more time washing the dishes in the sink .

We have had this dishwasher a year now, glasses come out dirtier than when put in my bowls if put in normal come out dirty as well so I have to triple space them I also rinse before. I run hot water before I start and use rinse agent. Our last dishwasher started with M and never once had a dirty dish issue. We called they sent a technician and all he could really say was to run on a higher setting and run hot water prior to starting which I have always done on any of my dishwashers. So disappointing Samsung.

Purchased Sep 2017 - had many issues with quality of cleaning. Called customer service many times, followed all their recommendations. Basically need to pre-wash and leave lots of space between dishes. Recently experiencing issues with water in the water sensor pan - had to drain and clean it twice in the past 4 months.

This is the worst dishwasher we’ve ever had! Dishes come out dirtier than they went in, even after pre rinsing and putting it on heavy load. Samsung has been the worst to deal with and I would never buy another Samsung product again!
