4 Great value!

I have only had the fridge for a week and I'm happy with it for the most part. However I agree with the other person that said that you cannot put a carton or picture of milk on the top shelf. That's frustrating. I also wish they had more grooves in the sides of the fridge to be able to change the shelf height a little bit better. There are very few options for that. As for the slide and reach pantry, I dislike it. I find it is a huge space waster and if not for that being in the location it is, I would be able to put pitchers on your top shelf without sacrificing other space on lower shelves. I do have a question: can I take out the slide and reach pantry or does taking it out affect the temperature of the fridge? Anyone know?

1 Fridge stopped working after less than 6 weeks!

I bought this fridge on March 12/2019. It was delivered a week later to my home and worked fine for April and the first few days of May 2019. Sunday, May 5th the lights in the refrigerator and the freezer quit coming on and today May 6th my food in the freezer started to thaw. I've heard this was a problem with this product but thought that surely only a few of these fridges have the problem. Right? Wrong. This is a dud product and I am so disappointed that I bought it.

4 Great features.

I really like the refrigerator, the only thing that I think that could be improved is the instructions. I have a hard time trying to understand them for adjusting the freezer temperature. All in all it is a great refrigerator.

The original that i bought was replaced because all tthe annoying and very loud noise that it made. Now after a year the second one is as worst as the first one.It makes pod, crack and metal hitting sound 10 to 15 times an hour.

1 Had high hopes

Loved the idea of using top compartment as a fridge. This was the reason for deciding on this model. Beyond disappointed that it freezes my food. Called in a service tech and they could do nothing to fix that. They could do nothing to fix the fact that the doors always swing almost closed despite many attempts of adjustments. The doors also never stay sealed when you close them. They always need an extra gently push. If you do not do this it will remain ajar but not enough to set off the sensor alarm.

3 Nice fridge - but 3 years and it’s not working

We bought this fridge August 2017 when we downsized into a small house. We bought this fridge because it had some nice features for a smaller top mount freezer fridge. I liked the flexibility of being able to use the top freezer as a fridge- handy when entertaining because that space can be the beverage center. The LED lighting is very nice and it is also is in the upper freezer compartment. It runs quietly more so than some expensive fridges I have had in the past. The crisper drawers have glide wheels so they roll in and out smoothly, most fridges no longer have this. The deli drawer can be a little awkward, but not a deal breaker for me. This is a smaller fridge and for the most part the size works for my husband and me, but a family of 4 would definitely want a larger fridge. I would have rated this fridge higher if it was not for the fact that today we have a repair man coming to replace both the temperature sensor and control board. I do expect a fridge to work longer than 3 years before a major repair. All Samsung fridges I have owned (3 total) do not last long. My advise always buy the extended warranty.
