Two washers in one lets you wash separate loads at the same time, or independently. With two individually controlled washers in the same unit, you can run two kinds of washes with different settings and options, keeping your various types of clothes clean and in great condition.

Not even a year old and water started leaking, damaged floor and whole ceiling, contacted for help, not helpful at all, its been more than a month waiting for repair, no update on repair, no replacement. Contacted Support and they just said "SORRY" nothing else. Never going to buy any Samsung product ever!!!

We bought this washer about 2 years ago and now it doesn't work. The top washer works but the main one does not. Had appliance repair out and it's 3 possible issues. To buy the parts to fix the possible issues would be more than we paid for it. Will never buy another Samsung appliance

Would give 0 stars if I could. This machine is TERRIBLE. As others have said, I get error code 1LC1 ALL THE TIME. Purchased in 2018 and have had this happen at least 10 times. Takes at least 4 days unplugged to correct itself. Last time once it cleared the first load flooded my house. Now it is once again happening with all our masks trapped in the top washer. THIS MACHINE IS GARBAGE.

Was happy with this product for just over two years. Have purchased Samsung for most of my appliances and happy with the company. After two years, the control board went on my bottom washer. Now, only the top works and the repair cost has turned me from ever buying from Samsung again.

I bought a washer and dryer set from Lowes Feb 2018 and i bought an extended warranty ( I am glad I did) as it turned out after almost 18 month it the problem started with the washer, leaking water while in use, called service more than 3 times now for the same problem, they come and each one give me lame answer for the cause of the problem. This is my 4th call in one year for the same exact problem. I used to have a Kenmore brand appliances before that are still working perfect for more than 10 years now hardly without any problems.

Reconsider before buying this machine I bought this a year ago and had nothing but problems and leaks. I am now without a washer for more than 4 weeks they did agree to replace it but I had to wait another two weeks and if I wanted a refund I had to wait even longer how how is this fair for your customers. I have a family of five and a newborn and I am running around doing laundry at laundromats. This machine should be recalled if you do your research you will find on Home Depot Best Buy Samsung they all state that they have this code 1LC1 error code. My started leaking and Samsung agreed to replace it but would not give me any warranty on a brand new machine that they are going to deliver to my house. As you can see they're not standing behind their product. Samsung you should have a recall on this machine this is an obvious error that people are having.

I bought both the washer & dryer pair. They work so well & I love the option of doing smaller or delicate item washes. The only thing I noticed from the start was the disadvantage of the design for shorter females. If I have one wash on the go in the lower unit, and I’m reaching up to use the top unit, the control buttons change as my upper body leans against them to work with the upper units. It would work better if there was a “contol lock” for the bottom unit.

Total JUNK, can only recommend to my worst enemy Got the LC1 error code, then my basement was flood. This machine got some serious flaws, just type LC1 error on google and you will see No more samsung appliance in my house, never again. Now i'm seeking for a compensation to repair my house

I bought the set almost 2 years ago and love it except the squeaking/ squealing Noise it has been making for the last 9 months. I’ve had Best Buy’s geek squad at my house 5-6 times and they could never figure out the issue until they realized it’s the pedestal we bought with the set. Anyone else having this issue?
