This has to be the worst product I have ever bought. The picture is terrible, the sound is just ok and it is constantly freezing. It doesn't self align correctly, the remote barely works, the apps are scarce. It arrived early so it sat in the box for a month until my husband came home from working over seas. First thing we noticed was that we needed a screen to project it onto. The picture is horrible. So we ordered a screen and had to wait for delivery. Then we set it up and discovered all the other issue. When I contacted customer support I was to that it was past the 15 days of delivery so they would not accept a return. Now I'm stuck with a $1288 piece of garbage. Honestly Samsung is a huge company and should support their customers better. Not only do I not recommend this product I will also not buy another Samsung product again.

Didn’t find the device to be particularly intuitive. Still required a lot of manual adjustments. Picture quality was ok. Sound was good. Then it stopped working entirely. Return process has been a nightmare. Very disappointed in Samsung customer service. Still waiting to have this resolved.

Garbage! The video quality, sound and style is perfect but It hangs, reboots itself and shuts down randomly. Don't waste your money for that. If you can wait for next versions.

We have only had it a few days but it’s a definite winner in our household. So easy to use, bring it anywhere and set it up on a wall. Kids have been nonstop watching movies in their rooms on the wall and ceiling and we can not wait to set it up this summer in the backyard! Hooking up to the gaming system for a 100 inch gamer experience, my son is thrilled!

No issues with current firmware, responsiveness issues reported previously appear to have been solved. Very flexible little device. AirPlay works great. Streaming apps work well.

Good experience watching movie in big screen. Inbuilt Audio system is reasonable. Sometimes Cradle does not hold the projector in a position we want.sometimes lag or time delay while using the remote for navigation.Otherwise this is a good piece from Samsung.

it will be a good device in a next version if they fix some things: 1. Autofocus and auto keystone don't work immediately as advertised. 2. the most serious problem is that the vertical angle adjustment is mechanical, nothing precise but the worst unstable since after you spend a long time locating the screen it continues to go down. It need fine adjustment screw. 3. The operative system for Smart TV is very slow, and access to screen size and position is very difficult 4. It is still very expensive and don’t have case included as in other countries 5. In the ceiling or when you need to put it aside from where you are going to project, can’t straighten the image The good was very quickly shipping, I expected it on March 10 but arrives March 1, with lights turn off the image quality is very well, the sound is very good for its size and can you connect your AirPods

I am not saying it’s a great picture quality but it’s awesome in this price range and size , sound is incredible when we connect to AVR and Dolby atmos enable this connection, I tested with my AVR is perfect in this range .and some guys complaint about the scaling and leveling all inside setting features we can make manual some time it’s depends on the floor balancing and we can project any walls and roof .

I had few disappointments in the past. Life Source for projector will last for about 2 years, what will happen after? The cost to replace parts or whole? 20,000 hours, who counted? :-)
