The Power Centre reserves the right to request proof of your identity and age to ensure the security of certain transactions. The Power Centre only delivers to addresses in Canada. No deliveries will be made to post office boxes.

Any dispute between you and The Power Centre or any other person arising from or relating to the Website or this agreement or any related matters (collectively "Disputes") will be resolved before the Courts of Ontario, sitting in the City of Thunder Bay, Canada and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts in respect of all Disputes.
If any provision of this agreement is held illegal, null or inapplicable for any reason, that provision will be deemed dropped from this agreement and the remaining provisions will remain in effect and fully enforceable.
