What personal information does The Power Centre request and how will it be used?
In order to offer you certain products or services such as shipping, home installation, extended warranties or mail-in rebates, The Power Centre may request the following personal information: your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In addition, when you purchase a product or service from The Power Centre by credit card, we will request additional information such as the type of card, account number and expiration date.
The personal information we collect allows us to better offer the following services:

Financed purchases
When you request financing for The Power Centre purchases, companies that provide credit, such as Accord D by Desjardins and VFC by TD Bank), collect and examine your personal information and specific financial data in order to approve, open and manage credit accounts. Each credit company has its own confidentiality policy that governs its relationship with you. We encourage you to read the confidentiality policy appearing on your financing application.

The Power Centre only shares its customers' personal information with its partners when it is necessary for the provision of a product or service, such as for credit applications, credit card transactions, extended warranty services or requests for delivery.
We take all the necessary precautions to ensure that your personal information is used in accordance with this policy. However, we may disclose your personal information without your authorization if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is required by law.

The Power Centre uses cookies to improve the convenience and navigation of our Website.
The Power Centre will send you an e-mail message to confirm an online purchase or to answer a question. You may also receive e-mails informing you of promotional offers. All e-mails include an option allowing you to withdraw your name from the mailing list.

Delivery
We deliver exclusively to civic address matching the credit card information. Your purchase will be confirmed by email or by phone if the product is not in stock.
- We will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
- No delivery outside Canada.
- Transport charges are not refundable, except for delivery error.
Exchanging and returning products purchased online
Your satisfaction is important to us. Within the 15 following days of the reception or your order, if the product fails to meet reasonable performance expectations, you can return it (are excluded: video games, software, CD and DVD, books, consumable products, installation service and special orders).
The product has to be returned in the same condition as it has been shipped: in its undamaged original packing material, bearing no sign of usage, with all its accessories and documentation like the instruction manual and the warranty card.
No return will be accepted without an authorization number (RMA).
Repairs and defective products
If your product is under manufacturer's warranty* or one of our warranty, please fill out the Contact form, and we will forward an authorization number, allowing you to send your product back.
The transport charges are not refundable, except for delivery error.
Certain manufacturers may request the return of defective product directly to them.
Protection of information
The security of your personal information is extremely important to The Power Centre. Our protective mechanisms and security standards protect personal information contained in paper format or electronically recorded (SSL protocol) against unauthorized access. E-mail messages and confidential information included in transactions are encrypted. Your communications are protected against outside access as a result of our agreement with GeoTrust EV.
Accuracy of information
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice and The Power Centre reserves the right to cancel any order and to correct any errors, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, The Power Centre will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Best price guarantee
We will refund the difference if you find a lower advertised price for an identical item sold under the same conditions from an Authorized Reseller, excluding promotions that are available for a limited time or in limited quantities.
Total Satisfaction Guarantee
Return Policy
The total satisfaction of our customers is one of our most fundamental values. If you are not completely satisfied with any The Power Centre purchase, you may return the product for an exchange, credit or refund under the following conditions1:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of reception of merchandise and within 15 days for computer products, digital and video cameras and MP3 players.
- Returns must be in original packaging, showing no signs of usage, with all accessories and manuals, accompanied with the original invoice.
A 15% re-stocking fee may apply for any refund or exchange of an open product that includes all accessories. Transportation changes may apply in some cases.
1 Excludes all products subject to a manufacturer's exchange policy. Products without original packaging or missing bar codes. Products with missing accessories, software and books. Special orders and liquidations products. Installation services."Built-toorder" computers and consumable products. These products and services are not refundable.
